Hardware Test and Evaluation


  • Test and evaluation is the core of our business. We provide a testing facility that includes a full test equipment bay, rework and design stations. Our goal is to provide testing for virtually any type of electronic equipment such as RF (any spectrum and modulation), microprocessors / microcontrollers, video and audio and various other types. If needed we can disassemble, test and evaluate each component of a product to discover weaknesses or defects that the customer can then have re-engineered or re-manufactured. We document all procedures and standards used for testing commercial or government equipment.

  • Rupp Engineering also tests and evaluates the products provided to us for training purposes. We evaluate the equipment, we use it as intended and we draw a training plan according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Using this method a customer does not have to go through the manufacturers training and receive a “biased” course. Being independent from the manufacturer, we learn the equipment on our own through the documentation, testing and by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses. This method provides a precise training program that would support all aspects of the product and not just its strengths.
